Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Single-story house in a very quiet location, with a large fenced patio, two blocks from the sea on Mariscal beach (5 min walk). It is close to markets, pharmacy, bars/restaurants and tourist attractions, Morro do Macaco (3km), making it the ideal place to enjoy good times as a couple or family.

The property:
All environments are air-conditioned;
01 bedroom with 01 double box bed and split air conditioning;
02 single mattresses;
01 Double sofa bed;
01 social bathroom;
Living room with Smart TV (to connect to the internet) and sofa bed;
Kitchen with private barbecue, basic utensils, blender, FrostFree refrigerator, sandwich maker and gas cooktop stove.

Parking in the yard for 2 vehicles (uncovered);

01 semi-automatic washing machine (tanquinho); without centrifuge.

WI-FI INTERNET (subject to fluctuations and unavailability, offered to customers as a courtesy, NOT INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RATE).

We do not accept pets.

With capacity for: 05 people, 03 people on mattress and sofa bed. (We provide 5 pillows)

Shared Yard, we have another house (private) for rent (same land), and it is possible to rent the properties together. (Contact us to check availability)

• It is necessary to bring a linen. We do not provide bed linen, table linen or towels.
• Beach items (chair and umbrella) are not provided.

Patio surrounded by walls, with sliding gate (manual). Video monitoring system of external areas.
Socket voltage: 220V

For foreign reservations (directly with the owner) we charge 30% of the package value in advance. For domestic reservations we charge 50% of the package.
The remainder is paid on the day of entry.

Foreigner (western union or BELO bank via PIX)

Cancellation policy: THERE ARE NO REFUND OF AMOUNTS PAID or rescheduling of stay dates.

A security deposit of R$400.00 will be charged at check-in. The amount will be returned after inspection at check-out if all contractual conditions are met.
