Ótimo imóvel, muito limpo e organizado, linda vista para o mar. Cumpre perfeitamente com descrição e localização igual ao anúncio. Tive uma excelente recepção pelo Gustavo, me ajudou muito indicando lugares e serviços que precisei utilizar enquanto estive ai. Me senti em casa. Nota 1000!!! Com certeza recomendo para qualquer pessoa.
Gostei muito do Atlântico Shopping, Loja Havan, camelodromo, pizzaria herois da pizza, teleférico, navio pirata.

Apartamento muy bueno estacionamiento malo poca infraestructura en los alrrededores
Gustavo Teixeira: Edgar, obrigado pela sua avaliação! Infelizmente as garagens da maioria dos edifícios da cidade não são feitas para caminhonetes grandes como a sua. Já ficaram duas Hilux estacionadas mas as vagas são realmente apertadas! A Barra Sul, apesar de ser muito segura, tranquila, ótimos bares e restaurantes, mar sem ondas e ter sol até o fim da tarde, falta um pouco de serviços próximos como farmácias e padarias. Mais uma vez obrigado e espero recebe-los em uma outra oportunidade!
