This Beautiful apartment right in the center of Gramado has 44 square meters and is ideal for up to four people. located in Jardim Bela Vista neighborhood, famous for the Quilombo Valley, is where the famous fog of Gramado comes from. It has heating in all rooms, 1 bedroom for double, and in the immense living room 1 double sofa, integrated and complete kitchen, 1 bathroom with heating for towels and a balcony overlooking the valley.This balcony refers to Chimarrão or to a wine cellar in the late afternoon, a fireplace made with ship's hulls complete the charm for passionate couples!
The fully furnished apartment offers accommodation right in the center and the condominium is very close to the Palace of Festivals (where the Gramado Film Festival is held), it also has private parking and the security of a sophisticated and private condominium.
Towels and bed linen are provided in this accommodation, the cleaning lady, our collaborator, will leave the accommodation very scented.
The Famous São Pedro Church and the Gramado Bus Station are 700 meters from the Apartment.
