Very well furnished and decorated, the apartment offers comfortable accommodation for 4 people as they are two bedrooms with double bed, the main bedroom being a suite, SMART TV 32 '' with cable with all channels, in addition to NetFlix.
The two bedrooms have air conditioning (split), vent-ceiling in the 2nd bedroom, and modulated cabinets.
The living room is divided into 3 main rooms, a dining room, a living room with sofa a 45 'LCD TV also with all cable channels and Net Flix, ceiling fan; the 3rd environment, is a small office furnished with small desk and swivel chair with casters. Internet Broadband, WiFi. Balcony to enjoy a little sleep in the hammock always with a refreshing breeze and a smell of air in the air.
The kitchen is very well equipped with modulated cabinets, microwave, duplex refrigerator 4 burner stove and oven, Bosch stainless steel hood, decorative glass table in green glass with two high chairs (bar style), all the utensils needed to make any meal, plus blender and microwave. Semi-detached the kitchen, is the small service area with tank, closet, clothes dryer. The building has 4 floors, 6 apartments per floor. 1 lift, Covered parking for one vehicle.

Alugamos o apartamento por 07 dias em Fevereiro com a Sandra, foi a melhor férias da minha vida e da minha família. A Sandra e uma pessoa maravilhosa, foi muito atenciosa e prestativa em todos os momentos. O Alex é a Glauce também são pessoas maravilhosas, Alex foi muito prestativo em td. Apaixonei com o apartamento, ele é perfeito, td muito limpo, organizado, aconchegante e ainda com uma decoração linda. Localizado em um bairro muito tranquilo e perto de todos os comércios. Muito perto das praias. A praia das Dunas fica a 5 minutos a pé do apartamento. Se Deus quiser vou voltar ainda esse ano 🙏

It is a family building, quiet and very well maintained.
