Come and enjoy this paradise, condominium, between the beaches of Peró, Conchas and Ilha do Japonês. condominium of 03 houses, cozy houses, 1,400 meters from the beaches above. The house (on the second floor), with two suites (02 bedrooms) and balcony with table and 4 chairs, living room and American style kitchen, bar with 4 stools, refrigerator, stove, equipped with all utensils, living room with ventilation ceiling tv sofa bed, with portable barbecue. It can accommodate up to 04 people, in beds with all comfort, and 03 more can be included (with surcharge). I have another house in the condominium (see advertisement number 59336) that accommodates 06 to 10 people located on the ground floor, which can accommodate 06 people in beds with all comfort and can include another 04 people (with extra) on mattresses. Family or 13 to 18 people only renting the two houses together. Located in the condominium as follows; house (on the second floor) with views of the avenue. marlin and side of the condominium. House B ON the first floor with side views of the condominium..
Each house has 2 parking spaces, garden, individual shower, balcony, treated water from the pro-lagos cistern with 30,000 liters

Fiquei instalado com minha família do dia 06/04 ao dia 09/04/2023, o dono da casa que se chama Ricardo foi super atencioso e prestativo. Ficamos na casa de cima, são dois quartos ótimos, bastante travesseiros e roupas de cama limpa. As vasilhas estavam todas embaladas. Tudo muito limpo. 15 minutos da praia do Pero a pé, a praia é maravilhosa. Super indico e não tenho absolutamente nada a reclamar.
