Relax in this calm and stylish space. Have a home on the beach for a few days :) Two-bedroom apartment in a condominium with 24-hour security, swimming pool, sauna and playground for children. Two parking spaces so you don't have to worry about the car during your vacation. Accommodates up to 6 people comfortably, has sea views and a super complete and cozy kitchen. It faces the best sunset in the Lakes Region. The condominium offers a swimming pool, sauna, playground and security.We don't have air conditioning, we have fans. It's very airy, sometimes you don't even need a fan.
This penthouse has 2 floors, the first has the kitchen, dining area, bathroom, bedroom, living room with sofa bed and a small balcony overlooking the backyard. Going upstairs there is the suite with its bathroom, and TWO balconies. One has a barbecue, a washing machine, and a view of the pool, the other has a WONDERFUL view of the large beach and the sunset. In whale season (from June to August), they pass right in front. It is an incredible natural spectacle. The apartment does not have air conditioning but does have fans. It is not at all stuffy but rather airy. Generally you don't even need fans.
Pool opening hours in low season:
- Monday - Closed
- Tuesday - from 1pm to 5pm
- Wednesday - from 1pm to 5pm
- Thursday - from 1pm to 5pm
- Friday - from 1pm to 6pm
- Saturday and Sunday - from 10am to 6pm.
In high season it is open from 10am to 6pm with a 1 hour closure at noon for the lifeguard's lunch.
You are entitled to two parking spaces.
We will be available on the phone to help you with anything you need and to tell you how to check in. We will help you by recommending attractions in the city, restaurants and places to go out. Whenever there is an event in the city, we will tell you so you don't miss it :)
Very quiet neighborhood, close (30mts) to the beginning of the Praia Grande beachfront, there are several things to do around it, restaurants, beach shops, kiosks, etc. Easy access to other parts of the city.
We will send you instructions to get there, but if you search for the Villa da Praia condominium on maps, you will arrive exactly.
Uber and Taxi 99 work very well.
