The property has a barbecue and large private terrace, as well as WI-FI and HDTV. There are two parking spaces. The house is furnished and has ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room, 2 TV's (1 HDTV) and 2 duplex refrigerators. Available for 12 people, as a rule. The property is located 50 meters from Praia Grande, just going down a staircase or a slope to reach the sand. The condominium has 24-hour doormen, making accommodation safer. Small pets are accepted.
To step on the sand of Praia Grande, just go down a ladder or a slope - less than 3 minutes on foot. Condominium close to bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, market, hospital, etc.
AS A RULE, the price for the entire weekend (without holidays) is R$600.00.

Dona Nely super atenciosa esclarecendo todas as dúvidas, imóvel de localização excelente, casa simples mas bem equipada para uma boa estadia, comércio próximo e realmente praia grande pode se dizer dentro do quintal de casa, lugar perfeito e próximos aos mirantes para ver o melhor por do sol de Arraial. Com certeza voltando em Arraial alugarei novamente. Nely super a disposição para atender e negociar, não pertuba em nada seus clientes. Obrigado por tudo minha viagem foi maravilhosa, esposa e filhos adorou.
