THE SPACE
Very simple but comfortable house, well located, clean, spacious and well ventilated.
The co-host will welcome you and provide all the necessary assistance during your stay, as well as keeping the pool in good condition for swimming during your stay.
*** THERE IS NO TYPE OF CAMERA IN THE PROPERTY THAT IS CURRENTLY RENTED, BELONGING TO IT.
Three-car garage, front porch, swimming pool, barbecue, leisure area, Wi-Fi, large living room with sofa bed, table, television, sound system, DVD, ceiling fans, guest and service bathroom, full kitchen with household utensils.
We do not provide meals, bed linen, table linen, bath linen, hammocks, as well as cleaning and personal hygiene materials and the property, which must be brought by the guest.
It is up to the guest to manage, take care of the cleanliness, order and conservation of the interior of the property.

Our maximum capacity is (10) ten people, including adults and children, of any age, due to the structure of the house, accommodated in a double bed and a bunk bed in each bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.
It is essential that the guest provides transparency, providing correct information such as the number of adults, children and ages, whether there are pets and the check-in and check-out dates, so that the website can calculate the correct rental price.
Pets are very welcome, as long as the guest takes the necessary care and remembers that after their departure other people will also be renting the house. Therefore, we kindly ask that you do not allow your pets to climb on beds, sofas, etc., without properly covering them before use.
