The space
We have 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is a suite, both with air conditioning, as well as a living room, kitchen and leisure area fully equipped with everything necessary for use.
We are in a neighborhood that offers a variety of markets, bakeries, pharmacies, fast food outlets, coffee shops, bars and restaurants.
Guest access
Guests will have private access to all areas of the house and leisure area.
Other observations
The daily rate shown is for 4 people. From the 5th onwards we have a fee of R$ 150.00/person/day.
Children up to 5 years old are free - accommodated in their parents' bed.
We charge a cleaning fee of R$150.00.
Silence between 10pm and 8am.
Ceiling fan in all rooms.
We provide bed linen (sheets and pillowcases)
We do not provide bath towels and blankets.
