Large living room, reclining sofa, armchairs, chairs, side tables, lamp, 55-inch multichannel TV, 02 refrigerators, 04 and 05-burner cooktop stoves, leisure area with hammocks for your comfort and well-being.

A unique and peaceful beach 100 meters away on foot with a spectacular view of Guaratuba Bay. Great trips to Caiobá, or take the ferry and boat trip in Guaratuba or rent a boat to fish in the canals of the Bay.
Prainha (we think it is the most beautiful beach on the Paraná coast), is located just after the outline of Praia Mansa de Caiobá.
We rent to families, friends, groups. It's worth visiting and spending unique moments, - those who come here come back!!!
Calm, almost private beach, used by residents...
Supermarkets, fruit shops, fishmongers, minutes away by car and super convenience 200 meters away...close to Caiobá beaches and ferryboat to Guaratuba. Good restaurants nearby in Cabaraquara where you can enjoy fishing and pay.

I have been renting houses per season for about 9 years.
I have this one from the ad and another 03 properties: another house in the same Prainha / Caioba (with 05 bedrooms + 04 toilets, pantry / kitchen combined, very large pool (bigger than the one in the photo) 100 ms from the beach, 03 car garage, barbecue, living room, very well furnished and equipped house) - Fit in Curitiba (02 bedrooms, 02 bathrooms, living room and social room, garage, is Agua Verde, close to Festval and Batel, R. Argentina etc) and Casa de Campo in Itu / Mairinque (07 qts, 04 bathrooms, several rooms, semi-olympic pool, stunning nature etc. - close to SP., Sorocaba, Itu and region.
I really like tidying and renovating the houses, decorating and having everything very well maintained and cozy, because I like to travel and I know how important it is to be in a pleasant, welcoming, clean, always comfortable and well maintained environment and I try to keep all properties great conditions because I realize in providing people special moments in their life and enjoy with family, friends, etc. and take good memories of their vacation, rest, rest, parties etc.
