FACING THE SEA, SWIMMING POOL, 5 SUITES WITH AIR CONDITIONING, UP TO 16 PEOPLE, ADAPTED FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS, FIBER OPTIC INTERNET/WIFI
The house is approximately 250 m2 and is literally on the beachfront. It has a 9 x 4 m swimming pool, fenced and gated for the safety of children. There are five suites with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and insect screens on the windows. In addition, it has two lavatories and a laundry room. The kitchen, dining room and living room/TV area are spacious, combined, well-lit and airy. The house also has a gazebo with sofas and a coffee table, and two balconies with hooks for hammocks. The ground floor balcony, which is spacious and faces the sea, is integrated with the kitchen, barbecue, swimming pool and gazebo. It has a large table and wooden benches for meals.
The house has all the equipment for a pleasant stay, such as a large refrigerator, chest freezer, gas stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, blender, cake mixer, washing machine, and a 50-inch LED TV. In the dining room, there is a large, round table with seating for eight. Parking for five to six cars (one in a covered area). The pool has four sun loungers, and there are seven chairs and an umbrella for the beach.
The house has a fiber optic Internet connection and a WIFI connection. However, it is always good to remember that services provided by third parties may suffer some type of temporary interruption or reduction in quality, especially during times of high movement of people on the coast, such as at the end and beginning of the year, carnival and other holidays.
The sea breeze keeps the temperature pleasant, but if necessary, the living room and kitchen have ceiling fans, and all bedrooms have air conditioning. The neighborhood is very quiet. You wake up and are on the beach, without any bureaucracy... You don't need to wait for anyone or take a car to go for a walk, run, or sunbathe or swim in the sea!!! You also don't need to carry snacks, baby bottles, beer or toys because the beach is just ten steps from home. Excellent location for flying kites, surfing, stand up paddle boarding, fishing and playing ball, since the beach is very quiet.
The local shops, the center of Coroados, are about 800 meters away. There you can find supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, fishmongers, poultry farms, shops...

We rent the property basically to pay for maintenance and to be able to travel with our family and get to know other places. Our favorite hobby is traveling through this wonderful world with so many beautiful things to know! We built this place because we love nature and we like to share the good times. Nothing better than getting up and watching the sun rise in the water, walking or running on the shore, enjoying the sea water! Being able to be with your foot in the sand and enter the salt water or the pool when we want without bureaucracy and without having to wait for anyone !!! Nothing better than seeing the full moon rising in the water .... and enjoying the tranquility and the starry night sky of Barra do Saí !!! Not to mention the possibility of making a fire on the beach and listening to the sound of the sea in harmony with the other sounds of nature ... And even on winter nights, sitting on the sand, drinking a good wine, looking at the stars and enjoying the peace and quiet of a wonderful location!
