The house, which opened in 2016, has 317 m2 and is located literally on the beachfront. The pool is 9 x 4 m, completely fenced and with a gate for the safety of children, five suites and two lavatories. The laundry room is equipped with a sink and washing machine.
The kitchen, dining room and living room are combined to form a spacious and airy space. Large balconies have hooks for hammocks where you can relax in the shade, with a view of the sea on the upper floor. The ground floor balcony is integrated into a kiosk with a large barbecue, sink and counter. This space also has a large wooden table that seats up to 12 people.
The house has all the equipment for a pleasant stay, with a large refrigerator and freezer, gas stove, microwave, electric oven, blender, cake mixer, and a 43-inch LED TV. In the kitchen, there is a large table with seating for eight to ten people and a counter with stools, which can also be used for meals and snacks. The internal space of the land accommodates six or seven cars, with three or four (depending on the size) in a covered area. The pool has four aluminum and fiberglass loungers, and at night the entire garden and pool are illuminated, which gives the rooms a special atmosphere. There are seven chairs and an umbrella for the beach.
The house has a fiber optic Internet connection and WIFI connection. However, it is always good to remember that services provided by third parties may suffer some type of temporary interruption or reduction in quality, especially during times of high movement of people on the coast, such as at the end and beginning of the year, carnival and other holidays.
The sea breeze keeps the temperature pleasant throughout the house, but if necessary all suites have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The kitchen and living room are also equipped with ceiling fans.
The location is excellent, you wake up and are on the beach, without bureaucracy... You don't need to wait for anyone or take a car to go for a walk, run, or sunbathe or swim in the sea!!!. You also don't need to carry snacks, baby bottles, beer or toys because the beach is just ten steps from home. The place is also great for flying kites, surfing, stand up paddle boarding, fishing and playing ball games, since the beach is very quiet.

We rent the property basically to pay for maintenance and to be able to travel with our family and get to know other places. Our favorite hobby is traveling through this wonderful world with so many beautiful things to know! We built this place because we love nature and we like to share the good times. Nothing better than getting up and watching the sun rise in the water, walking or running on the shore, enjoying the sea water! Being able to be with your foot in the sand and enter the salt water or the pool when we want without bureaucracy and without having to wait for anyone !!! Nothing better than seeing the full moon rising in the water .... and enjoying the tranquility and the starry night sky of Barra do Saí !!! Not to mention the possibility of making a fire on the beach and listening to the sound of the sea in harmony with the other sounds of nature ... And even on winter nights, sitting on the sand, drinking a good wine, looking at the stars and enjoying the peace and quiet of a wonderful location!
