House for vacation rental in João Pessoa

I rent suites for 1 to 7 people, they are furnished in a two-story house, with shared kitchen and laundry, in an excellent location, close to the largest shopping center in the city, Manaíra Shopping, 980 m from Bessa beach, close to restaurants, large supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, upa, uber point, and close to the best sights in the capital.
Suites with TV, air conditioning or fan, internet, garage, balcony, spacious and very ventilated property.
Both I rent per day and I have some for fixed rent for a short season, or even housing, being done in packages, or combined with a monthly fee.
We receive people from all over Brazil, who come for leisure, work or live for a while until they find their property or decide if they really want to live in this beautiful capital of Paraíba.

I really like traveling and making new friends. I'm from Minas Gerais and I love living in João Pessoa. I also like having friends over to my house. I'm quite independent, I like new things, I'm a simple person who enjoys life, I really like people and I love animals!
I am married and have two children, both married, one lives in Minas and the other in SP>
I am an accountant and work as a consultant and instructor at SEBRAE/PB.
I like MPB and rock and roll. I like drama and documentary films, I'm quite eclectic in books, I really like reading, I love concerts and I always try to go to my favorite singers.
I really like wine and good conversation.
I lived in this house for 21 years and raised my children there. Now I have renovated it to welcome people, make new friends and keep in touch with the house that I love and still miss a lot. I had excellent moments there with my young children and as they grew up. There are many great memories and sweet memories.

My life motto is to always put myself in someone else's shoes and I like to help people. I really root for everyone around me and I am happy from the bottom of my heart when people achieve their goals.
