Apartment for rent in Guarapari - Praia do Morro Sem dúvidas um dos melhores lugares que já hospedei, atendimento em geral perfeito desde da anfitriã ao pessoal da limpeza, Flávia super atenta a tudo te dar todo suporte, super negociável em tudo, te ajuda em tudo, o prédio e de frente para praia só atravessar a rua, apartamento grande, muito organizado, quartos confortáveis, wi-fi,tv,garagens,varal portátil, eletrodomésticos, chuveiro maravilhoso etc...
Nós fomos em 5 adultos e 2 crianças, mais caberia fácil as 10 pessoas e quem quer ir só para descansar não e muito de praia e ótimo porque o prédio e bem tranquilo.
As fotos e vídeo condiz de mais com anúncio.
Gente só vão super indico nada a reclamar voltaria mil vezes.

Apartment for rent in Guarapari - Praia do Morro Sem dúvida um dos melhores apartamentos que já fiquei em Guarapari, excelente custo benefício é super próximo da Praia do Morro (apenas atravessar a rua). O apartamento é enorme, com vários banheiros (o que achamos perfeito) e estava super bem lindo quando chegamos. Tanto a proprietária Flávia quanto os porteiros sempre se mostraram atenciosos para nossas dúvidas. O ap possuir 2 vagas na garagem e internet tbm foi um diferencial. Resumindo, nota 10! Amamos e certamente voltaremos mais vezes!!

O imóvel é bem localizado, mas necessita de algumas reformas e manutenções. A limpeza não estava boa. A proprietária super prestativa ( e minhas sugestões passei diretamente a ela). Reformando o AP recomendaria e até eu mesma voltaria. 👍👍
Flavia Martins Flavia Martins: O apto foi totalmente reformado em 2022, passando agora para 3 suítes + lavabo, piso em granito e porcelanato, bancadas em granito, ventilador de teto nos quartos e na sala, tudo novo, conforme o planejamento. Praticamente foi construído um novo apartamento.
