Excelente apartamento e localização, facilidade de padarias, supermercado e tudo mais. De frente para o mar e exatamente igual as fotos. Porteiros e faxineira extremamente cordiais e atenciosos, em especial Sr. Edalmo. Apartamento bem mobiliado e aconchegante. Sugiro colocar sanduicheira e micro-ondas, que consta no anúncio e não existe no apartamento apesar e possuir um forno elétrico. É questão de costume, mas as camas box são extremamente duras, parecia estar deitando no chão, quando começamos a nos acostumar já estava na hora de ir embora.
Ederson (locador) muito atencioso e fácil negociador.
Contudo pretendemos voltar.

Atendeu em todas as expectativas esperadas em relação ao anúncio .É perto de tudo supermercado, farmácia, caixas eletrônicos.Estava tudo limpo e organizado o atendimento do prédio tbm é ótimo e o dono do apartamento foi mto atencioso inclusive tirando todas as minhas dúvidas . Sem falar da segurança pois tem cameras porteiro e so entra com autorização. E o que me chamou a atenção foi a equipe q o anunciante deixa a disposição da gente pra qualquer eventualidade no apartamento.
Com certeza se fosse pra Praia do Morro 30 vezes em todas ficaria nesse apartamento.
