My name is Nancyra and I live in the United States for 37 years with my husband Jeff and my son David. I am from Nova Friburgo, Rio de Janeiro and since I was a little boy my father took his family to spend holidays in Guarapari. I remember that there weren't many buildings at that time, everything was very simple. But my father saw something special in this charming city and ended up buying an apartment and went to live there with my mother. Already living in the United States, in 1989 I bought an apartment there too for a vacation. In 2005, I went to spend the honeymoon in Guarapari with my husband and it was love at first sight. Walking on the beach and without speaking a word in Portuguese, he saw the roof, talked to the broker and convinced me to buy it! From that day forward, it was only joy! I take care of the roof as if it were the house I live in (I only go there once or twice a year) and our customers are treated like friends. I am very strict with the coverage care. It has to be organized the way I would like to be if I had rented a property of this category. Welcome to our home! For you, I promise to do my best to make your stay unforgettable!
