The mansion has 14 fully renovated suites, close to Beach Park and the beach. Holds 55 people. All rooms with box beds, Smart TV, air conditioning and hot shower. 400 thread count sheets and 5-star hotel standard towels available free of charge for rentals from 4 nights. In the region you will find everything for a good stay (supermarkets, restaurants, snack bars, bars, pharmacies, etc). Very close to the beach and Beach Park.
A lease agreement will be drawn up.
Energy consumed during the stay will be charged at a rate of R$ 1.30 per kWh used.
Cooking gas is the responsibility of the tenant.
A security deposit will be charged at an average of R$ 500.00 per day (the same will be returned at the end of the stay minus the cost of energy used and any damage to the property, if any).
