In the small (closed) service area there is a sink and clothesline. The 32" Sony Smart TV with sound system can go to the bedroom or living room, where there is also a table with 2 chairs and a 2-seater sofa bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning (9,000 BTU) and window with curtains. In the bedroom, there is another air conditioning unit, window with blackout curtains, a comfortable double bed, pillows, coat rack, and open closet for clothes.

➡ You must climb 3 steps to access the accommodation.
➡ The house is on the corner of the access road to Stella Maris beach - known for its heavy traffic and associated noise (from cars, pedestrians and local businesses) - especially on weekends, during holiday and party times... If you need "peace and quiet", you'd better think again.
➡ We are not in a condominium and there are no parking spaces. There are parking spaces on the street, almost always in front of the accommodation itself.
➡ The open TV signal is bad throughout the region, unfortunately, but the TV is Smart and has apps.
➡ The garbage must be taken to the “garbage house”, leaving the house and heading right to the large gate.
➡ INCLUDED: water, electricity, gas, and internet expenses.
