1KM from Stella Maris beach and 8 minutes from the Airport, surrounded by markets, bars, shops, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, gyms, laundries, salons, squares. It's the ideal location for those who want to enjoy vacations or need to work, but don't give up their quality of life at the weekend. In the kitchen: There is a water filter, refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner cooktop, crockery, utensils, pots, pans, blender, coffee maker and sandwich maker.
In the service area there is a tank and security gate at the access to the stairs. The 32" Smart TV with sound system is in the living room, where there is also a 2-seater sofa bed.
In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, hanging closet, chair, blackout and pillows.

Comments:
➡ Attention!! The balcony does not have a safety net.
➡ The open TV signal is poor throughout the region, despite the external antenna installed. Abuse Netflix!
➡ We are not inside a condominium and there are no parking spaces. There are parking spaces on the street, almost always in front of the accommodation itself.
➡ Below the house there is a pizzeria, with great value for money. It is open until 11pm and its activity is mainly delivery.
➡ It is necessary to climb 5 steps to access the accommodation's entrance gate and after the gate, there are another 10 steps. Due to a construction flaw, the steps are quite high and require a little effort to climb. For this reason alone, we do not recommend renting to people with limited mobility.
➡ Trash must be taken to Qd. 702, Cond. : leaving the house, right at the post and right again at the first large gate.
➡ In this unit, the water bill will be charged according to consumption. Energy, gas, internet and Netflix are included in the rental.
➡ The house is on the second floor of the access road to Stella Maris beach - known for its intense movement and associated noise (from cars, pedestrians and local businesses) - especially on weekends, during holidays and parties.
