Two-story house with swimming pool and grassy area, 100m from the beach. Each floor has 5 suites, 1 living room and 02 complete kitchens (03 Refrigerators, 01 Upright Freezer, 01 Horizontal Freezer, 02 Stoves - stainless steel 6 burners -, 02 Blenders, Purifier and kitchen items). HOUSE IS 170 M SEA

All with SUITES, all air conditioning, comfortable mattresses and pillows. The living rooms have 02 55-inch TVs with Sky, two ceiling fans, sofas and large puffs. The entire house has WiFi Internet.

Both the upstairs and downstairs have a huge ventilated balcony, with hammocks, tables and chairs. Gourmet area on the lower floor with barbecue, counter and horizontal freezer, right in front of the swimming pool (8x4m with wonderful whirlpool and waterfall). Service area with washing machine and tank.

Two kitchens with complete cabinets, water purifier.

The environment is peaceful. It is enjoyable for all ages.

The beach is practically private, with a bike path and sidewalk for walking. Guests have access to the condominium's leisure area, with TENNIS COURTS, FOOTBALL FIELD, CHAPEL, CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND, SQUARE, GYM EQUIPMENT, PETECA. The condominium has 24-hour security (motorcycle patrols). Comments:

1. We do not provide bed and bath linen

2. We do not supply the gas liquid (only the container)

3. Light and water are charged separately (consumption)

4. Cleaning fee R$450.00 depending on the period

5 Pool maintenance fee R$ 20.00 per day.

NOTE: We rent half of the house 5/4 05 suites and 06 bathrooms! Only in low season!

The house is brand new, 170m from the beach, we only rent the house by hiring day laborers for cleaning and cooking.

We recommend our complete trust, stove oven and general services!

We do not charge a deposit

We accept animals 1 Pet
