About fees and payments:
In addition to the daily/package fees, the customer is responsible for the Cleaning/Maintenance fee in the amount of R$200.00. Water and electricity you consume.
50% upon closing of the deal, via bank deposit and remaining balance (in cash) until delivery of the keys, at the beginning of the rental.
Security deposit (in kind) value to be agreed according to the period (Refundable at the end, according to the contractual clause).
We do not rent annually, as well, for celebrations or events.
Use of sound in accordance with municipal legislation.
Smoking is prohibited in the house.
Accommodation for up to 13 people (adults/children). There are 4 double beds and 5 single beds.
Only people previously registered when the contract was drawn up can remain in the house.
To enter the condominium, all people will be registered on the condominium app for release at the entrance.
