On the upper floor there is a living room with sliding doors which, after opening, leads to the barbecue area where you can gather and enjoy the barbecue area with a view of the mountain in the company of friends.
In the upper part there is a private barbecue and a games table.
Note: The building does not have a swimming pool.
We do not offer bedding, table, bath, beach chairs and personal hygiene items.
Next to the apartment there is a bakery, supermarket, butcher, handicraft stores and fairs.

MAXIMUM occupancy of the Apartment 12 (TWELVE) people (INCLUDING CHILDREN OF ANY AGE), due to being a rule of the condominium statute.
Small domestic animals will be allowed only 01 (One) animal per Apartment. Additional fee of R$300.00 for accommodation in the apartment. The animal is not allowed to be alone inside the apartment.
A deposit of R$400.00 will be added to the package for any damage caused by the animal to upholstery, furniture, mattresses, etc.
If no damage occurs, the deposit amount will be refunded on the date of departure from the property.
The apartment is a 6-minute walk to Praia Grande and a 15-minute drive to the city center.
