The development is located in the city of Armação dos Búzios, on Tucuns beach, 165 km from the capital Rio de Janeiro and 24 km from Cabo Frio. 15 minutes from the city center and the city's main tourist attractions such as Rua das Pedras and Orla Bardot.

Hibiscus Restaurant (right side of the atrium)
- Breakfast: from 7am to 10:30am.
- Lunch: from 12:30 pm to 3 pm.
- Dinner: from 7pm to 10:30pm.
