A wonderful house in the midst of the most beautiful paradisiacal landscapes, surrounded by the sea and the forest of the island of Caieira, this property in Angra is perfect for recording precious moments and enjoying the tranquility, luxury and refinement that this house has.
The beautiful experience of staying at this house starts at Marina Costabella where a boatman waits for the guests to take them to the house, passing near Praia do Pontal, in a few minutes trip to the house on the island. The entrance to the house is through the pier where there is a large space with sofas to adorn the landscape, sun loungers for sunbathing and a large outdoor dining table with 16 outdoor seats covered by two large umbrellas.
The first floor of the house comprises a large living room with a large TV and a dining area with an equally large table comprising 18 seats and a fully equipped kitchen. In the same room, going up some steps is the lounge area with bar and DJ equipment, made to liven up parties. On the second floor we have 5 suites with a double bed, one of them having a single bed, and a sixth suite containing 3 bunk beds for children.
The house at the back has access to the island's forest and a small gym with weight training materials, exercise mats, exercise bike and treadmill. Close to the house, around the island are bars and restaurants with typical food from the region that can be accessed by boat.
