***ON EXTENDED HOLIDAYS I ONLY RENT FOR THE TOTAL DAYS OF THE HOLIDAY AND THE DAILY VALUE WILL BE DIFFERENTIATED TO A HIGHER.

***LARGE APARTMENT very well equipped and very airy. It has 150m2 of floor space.
Contains vestibule, large living room, 3 large bedrooms and 01 suite and all rooms have a ceiling fan.
Large kitchen, spacious laundry area.
The maid's room and some lockers are locked with the apartment owner's personal belongings, but enough lockers are available in the apartment for temporary tenants.
There are 5 LED TVs, 3 TVs in the 3 bedrooms and 01 TV in the living room and 1 TV in the kitchen.
The apartment has Wi-Fi 300 megs of speed.
*Demarcated garage for 2 vehicles.
