Full American kitchen: with cutlery, plates, pots, microwave and cooktop blender, espresso machine, refrigerator

Double room: queen bed, custom closet and bed linen and towels. Air conditioning 12000btus and hairdryer.

Single room with led lighting (simulating stars), table and chair for studies and air conditioning. Planned wardrobe.

Fourth visit: 2 beds with auxiliary and panel and air conditioning.

2 parking spaces in the condominium.

The condominium E is located in Foz do Joanes. Very safe and close to the sea where you can walk to Buraquinho beach.

Condominium contains swimming pool, party room, gym, barbecue and playground. Ready to move in, to change only with clothes!
