The house has 500m2 in leisure area, 2 swimming pools (adult and child), barbecue, dining table for 22 people, pool table, foosball table (TOTO), TV, male and female bathrooms, sun loungers, parasol, pogo sticks for children, handmade hammocks. Kitchen equipped with all utensils and industrial stove. It has security system (electric fence) and home. The house holds up to 70 people.
Located 200m from the best beach in Porto Seguro, Taperapuan beach, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, police station, gas station and also among the best leisure complexes: "Tôa Tôa" and "Axé Moi" and also the "Arena Axé Moi" (where the best shows and the best long carnival in Brazil take place).
