house in a gated community with 2 floors. Living room, 2 bedrooms, one large room with balcony, and another small room with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry area, 2 parking spaces, swimming pool, sauna, 2 barbecues, games room (pool and foosball). It is in the Braga district, very well located, close to a bakery, restaurant, on the corner of the street there is a new supermarket. Close to the exit to Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and São Paulo. The property can accommodate up to 6 guests.
