Low Season minimum 3 days
Christmas Minimum 5 days R$3,500.00 for the package plus cleaning fee.

Payment method: Check possible installments until the property is entered
R$230.00 will be added to the package for the one-time cleaning fee.
If there is a pet (SMALL pet) the fee increases to R$300.00.

Check-in time is from 2pm to 7pm. Check-out time is until 9am.
If available, upon consultation, times may be rearranged for the traveler's convenience.

We do not have chairs or umbrellas.
Maximum Occupancy Allowed for 8 People (Including children of any age)
1 SMALL pet allowed in the apartment. Additional fee of R$-100.00 for accommodation in the apartment. The animal is not allowed to be left alone inside the apartment.
A deposit of R$300.00 will be added to the package for any damage caused by the animal to upholstery, furniture, mattresses, etc.
