Cozy house on Presídio beach, for holidays and seasons

Beautiful beach house, 150 meters from the sea, with all the infrastructure, (furniture and utensils), close to restaurants, Iguape lace center. 35 kilometers from Fortaleza airport - CEARÁ, 20 minutes from Beach Park
On weekends we rent for a minimum of 2 days (800.00)
During the week we rent the entire house for a minimum of 2 nights, for R$600.00, for up to 15 people.
(From Tuesday to Thursday R$ 250.00 per couple for 1 suite with fan), access to swimming pool, barbecue, full kitchen.
At Christmas and New Year to be arranged.
