A PLACE OF PEACE IN PONTA NEGRA

Peaceful place with a good vibe!! The place is located in Ponta Negra; close to Ponta Negra beach (950 meters from the beach). Also close to a square and grocery stores; laundry; etc. The place consists of a beautiful garden; living areas and a barbecue area with an outdoor shower; a garage. The street itself is very quiet; with a night watchman and a place to park your car in front of the place too. We are close to the bars in Ponta Negra; the nightlife and also the tranquility. If you came to be a tourist; all the tours pass in front of the place.
I ask anyone who is reading this and wants to spend their days here; with peace of mind; don't come for the price; come for this new experience.
