• It also has a private outdoor leisure area, a 16 m2 covered deck with a hot tub and a lounge with comfortable armchairs.

• Balcony with hammock and incredible views of the sea and the mountains.
• The lower floor has:
• Small equipped kitchen
• Bathroom set into the stone with sea views.

• One uncovered parking space available.
• Bungalow accessed by gentle stairs from the parking lot.
• The condominium pool is accessed via stairs.
• Access to Veloso beach street from inside the condominium via stairs.
• Bungalow suspended from ground level (approximately 4 meters).

• We do not provide pool towels.

• One small animal is accepted, but must be communicated in advance. A one-time fee of R$150.00 will be charged in cash at check-in.

Hosts and co-hosts live in the condominium. Check-in is done in person.
