The 20 m2 apartment has a well-planned space and comfortably accommodates up to two (2) guests. The accommodation has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, private bathroom, balcony and an equipped kitchen to complete your experience. Enjoy Farol da Barra Beach in a practical apartment designed for you. All this is just 5 minutes from the Porto da Barra seafront.

**The building does not have parking for the rental units, with parking available at Rua César Zama, 48, 190 meters from the accommodation, paid directly to the parking lot.
• General Rules of Access and Permanence:
• According to Law 8,069/1990 (Child and Adolescent Statute - ECA), it is forbidden to host minors under 18 years of age without the presence of their parents or legal guardians, or with express written authorization, with notarized signature. Therefore, we do not allow the check-in or entry of minors without due proof of kinship, such as a birth certificate or legal guardianship document.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the property;
• The building has a 24-hour reception and easy check-in/check-out; access to the building is controlled by a facial recognition system and all guests must be registered in advance by sending their name, CPF and official photo ID. Facial registration will be carried out at the time of check-in, and it is essential to inform the check-in/check-out dates in advance. If there are any changes to the check-out dates, it is necessary to notify the reception desk immediately;
• Small pets are accepted in the accommodation - upon prior request;
• Bed linen will not be changed during your stay;
• Breakfast not included in the daily rate - We do not offer breakfast; however, there is a bakery about 300 m from the hotel.
