• When purchasing a lodging package, the contract holder agrees to pay R$300.00 in cash upon arrival, as a guarantee for any damage caused to the property (security deposit).
• For the exit inspection, failure to remove all rubbish from the property, organise kitchen crockery, pillows and remote controls in plain sight will result in the total loss of the deposit.
• If everything is in accordance with the arrival inspection, the amount will be returned in cash at the time of the departure inspection of the property.

> ENTRY: Opening hours: 2pm to 6pm (After 6pm there is a fee of R$100.00)
> DEPARTURE: From 8am to 10am (Before 8am there is a fee of R$100.00).
• Check our listings for properties that accept pets. One pet is allowed per property, upon payment of a one-time fee of R$100.00. Maximum animal weight: 10kg.
