Beautiful two-story house with a yard and barbecue. 500 meters from Praia do Foguete (continuation of Praia do Forte and Praia do Braga) and next to Lagoa da Coca Cola. Beautiful beach with white sand and crystal clear water. Lagoon used for swimming and water sports. Quiet dead-end street, area with guardhouse. Great location, 8 minutes from downtown Cabo Frio and 8 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Arraial do Cabo. Second floor house, with entrance, backyard and totally independent area.
