Our loft was carefully designed to provide a unique experience of peace and quiet surrounded by nature. With a spectacular view of the Itaipava mountains and the Maria Comprida rock in Araras. The place is surrounded by nature and with a bit of luck you might spot monkeys, coatis, toucans, guans and woodpeckers. Located in a gated community with total security.
The loft is located at the end of a dead-end street in a gated community, surrounded by a beautiful garden with views of nature. There are two areas, one with a sofa bed and a rustic wooden counter, the other with a queen-size bed and a brick sofa by the window. The bathroom has a rustic wooden counter, stone sink and a whirlpool tub. It has a pantry with a sink, microwave, minibar and kitchen utensils. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests.
Our proposal is to offer you maximum peace and tranquility, which is why we chose to share our experience of living in this beautiful place!
There is another loft next door that may be occupied, and so that everyone can share a more pleasant experience, we ask that you pay attention to the volume of the TV, loud conversations and emptying the jacuzzi after 10 pm.
In addition to the private loft, guests can access the entire garden of the house, the deck where the fire pit is and a lounge where we have a coffee maker and an ecological ethanol fireplace.
The condominium is an environmentally protected area and residents value peace and quiet, so guests should avoid loud noises.
We are surrounded by nature, meaning we can come across wild animals, butterflies, insects, among others.
We leave insecticide in the cupboard, in case it is necessary.
The loft does not have air conditioning, but it does have a ceiling fan and a column fan, as well as a large window that overlooks nature.
We do not provide bath towels, we recommend that you bring your own.
