*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$500.00 must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve bookings, the deposit amount will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.
The composition of the suites is as follows:
Suite 1: 1 double bed, 1 single mattress, split air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain;
Suite 2: 1 double bed, 1 single mattress, split air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain.
