The apartment is located between Praia Grande and Praia do Itagua, having an excellent location for the most famous beach in Ubatuba Praia Grande, and the charming Itagua coastline, where the best restaurants and snack bars are located, easy access to the northern beaches and also easy access to the southern beaches.
New fully furnished apartment, 50” smart TV, the apartment has Wi-Fi, full kitchen.
In the condominium we have a swimming pool, barbecue and pizza oven and elevator.
