The 350 m2 house offers an excellent structure and leisure area complete with swimming pool, barbecue, garden, parking, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and ample leisure space with plenty of comfort for your best season at the beach. The House accommodates up to Sixteen (16) Guests and also has a fully equipped kitchen to add to your stay. All of this, with easy access to main roads and in a perfect location for going to the city center, bars and restaurants.
It is worth noting that there are additional extra fees, such as:
📋 Security Deposit Fee: R$2,500.00 (Two Thousand and Five Hundred Reais), which must be paid by the guest up to 72 hours before CHECK-IN, via bank transfer;
📋 Cleaning Fee: R$ 400.00 (Four hundred reais), amount charged to the guest at the time of via bank transfer or Pix;
72 hours before check-in, the guest must inform the arrival time and guest details (full name and CPF).
After that, access instructions will be sent, with passwords for the doors and parking space (when space is available).
