• For the exit inspection, failure to remove all rubbish from the property, organize the kitchen crockery, pillows and remote controls in plain view will result in the total loss of the deposit.
• If everything is in accordance with the arrival inspection, the amount will be refunded in cash at the time of the property departure inspection.

FOR BOOKINGS OUTSIDE THIS PERIOD - Low Season:
Real estate office operates during business hours.
ENTRY: Opening hours from 2pm to 6pm (after 6pm there is a fee of R$ 100.00)
DEPARTURE: Time from 8am to 10am (Before 8am there is a fee of R$ 100.00)
• Look for pet-friendly properties in our ads. 1 pet per property is permitted, upon payment of a single fee of R$100.00. Maximum animal weight: 10kg.
