The farm is on the banks of the Jaguari River, Pedreira/SP, in the Jd Náutico Represa Condominium; a magical place close to nature, in a mountainous region. With private beach and access ramp for boats / jet ski. The house is spacious, comfortable and airy. The region is very popular for bike trails, motorcycles, etc. Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place. Close to Sousas, Joaquim Egídio, gastronomic circuit (access by a dirt road with sensational scenery) and Serra Negra.
