Casa Verde - Bichinho mg vacation home
Our House is simple, unsophisticated but very clean, cozy, decorated with local crafts and everyone is very well received. Our greatest pleasure is to see guests enjoying the peace, silence, waking up to the birdsong, the garden, the fruits of the orchard or simply watching their puppies (here we include the 4-legged ones too) through the Casa Verde orchard, with joy and security. Here we have the privilege of planting, taking care of flowers, fruits and sharing with our guests. As we love to read, we make our books available to everyone. A deck for the traditional "hole" or other of interest.
Bichinho is a village of about 900 residents and is 6km from the mining town of Tiradentes. We don't have the comfort of the big city but we don't have its problems either. We don't have fancy restaurants but tourists have a great time on the edge of the wood stove. Liquor? Good! There are three stills for everyone's joy. For beer lovers, the mandatory stop is at the Atelier da beer, in addition to own brewing, you can find craft beer from various regions. The most important tourist attractions are the Baroque Church of 1710, the Car Museum with 90 cars of various brands from the 20s to the 70s and the night tour of Jardineira through the streets of neighboring Tiradentes, Casa Torta, a playhouse, not only for children, and the majestic Serra São José. Most restaurants offer good and plentiful Minas Gerais food. But there are other options such as Espírito Santo cuisine, with varied flavors, risotto and ribs, steakhouse, cafes, bars, each one with its peculiarity. Many artists and artisans live in Bichinho and are very well received in their shops and/or atelier. Holy Week is an open-air spectacle. The carnival? Lively blocks followed by natives and tourists of all ages. Every month of the year we have spectacular events in the region.
