The flat has: - On the 1st floor 1 suite with air conditioning. - 1 bedroom with 2 extra beds and air conditioning. - Social bathroom - Living room for 2 environments and sofa bed with ceiling fan - Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker. All kitchen utensils. - Rooftop jacuzzi with table and barbecue. Beach chair with umbrella and cooler.
For periods longer than 15 days, energy is at the customer's expense. Water and condominium fees already included.
ATTENTION: During the period from January to July, we may allow entry to the condominium from 12 pm. However, entry to the accommodation may only be made at 4 pm, and may occur earlier due to the large flow of entries and exits. This way, you can enjoy the condominium's facilities. In the case of Maria Farinha, it is not permitted to enter the parking lot with a vehicle if another guest is still using the space.
We can provide a portable crib for children weighing up to 18 kg upon reservation and payment of a fee of R$30.00 per day.
Check-in on weekends and the day before holidays is 24 hours. However, on other days after 5 pm, a fee of R$50.00 will be charged for one person to receive the guest as we do not have a 24-hour reception on other days.
