The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a suite, all with air conditioning, a living room with two areas and a TV with open channels, a guest bathroom, Wi-Fi, a service area, an American-style kitchen complete with a cooktop stove, a duplex refrigerator, a freezer, an electric oven, a blender, an air fryer, an iron, a sandwich maker, an electric coffee maker, a water cooler and household utensils, and a balcony. The house accommodates up to 10 people (adults and children).
We provide a beach kit with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, portable barbecue and beach cart.
Energy is charged separately, R$: 1.25 per KWh spent.
***Clothes and bath towels are provided for a fee, and advance notice is required.
I make a rental agreement and charge a deposit. Cleaning fee R$: 200.00.
