The Bungalows occupy practically the entire front row of the condominium, have a privileged location and breathtaking view!

Bungalow J01 is comfortable and functional, especially designed for seasonal als. There are 120m2 of interior 37m2 of private garden!

In total there are 3 suites. The first suite is on the ground floor and has a double bed, the other two suites are on the first floor. The master suite has a king size bed with an auxiliary bed and the other has two single beds and one with a single auxiliary bed. Comfortably accommodates 6 adults and 2 children. All suites have air conditioning and large closets.

The living room has air conditioning, a comfortable sofa and a 42" Smart TV. The space is shared with an American kitchen fully furnished with a water dispenser (water filter), stove, refrigerator, as well as utensils and small appliances. and the access stairs to the rooms, has a toilet and a service area with a washing machine and cleaning utensils.

It is integrated in the village of Imbassaí with a privileged location, right in fe where the river meets the sea, access to the beach takes just a few seconds on foot. Next to the Condominium we find the beginning of the bike path and the boardwalk that runs through Imbassaí, following the river. This new condo was delivered in December 2018.
