Excellent 1 bedroom apartment, with a privileged location, on the first floor of a 3-story building with no elevator. It is necessary to climb a flight of stairs. Comfortably accommodates 5 PEOPLE, with an option for 1 more PERSON (including children of any age). The building is located 300 meters (approximately 5 minutes walking) from Praia do Tenório, with no need to cross Highway or Avenue to go on the beach. Location with diverse and excellent options of restaurants, bars, snack bars, supermarkets, pharmacies etc. Next to the Itaguá boardwalk, where the pier is where the schooner rides leave

The room has a ceiling fan, an open closet with a clothes rack, two shelves and two drawers, a double bed, a bunk bed and we have a spare double mattress in the room (option for 2 more people).

Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave and all the necessary utensils for the preparation and storage of meals.

Excelente localização pertinho da praia do Tenório, muito próximo de tudo da pra fazer tudo a pé "praia, padaria, mercado, farmácia, lojas, restaurantes e lanchonetes " ambiente muito aconchegante", AP com todos os utensílios de cozinha conforme o anúncio, tudo limpo realmente perfeito. Com fácil acesso a outras praia Ex: Praia Grande, Enseada, Toninhas, Santa Rita....Rose Mary e Orlando excelentes anfitriões, nos sentimos em casa.....Só temos a agradecer, votaremos em breve, deixo aqui nosso muito obrigado da Família Santos
