Located in the heart of Lázaro in the middle of a calm and peaceful neighborhood, our family was founded with roots in the caiçara culture, with over 40 years in the property rental business with hundreds of satisfied customers who always return in the years that follow for their next vacation.
House Description:
Large two-bedroom house, one suite and one regular bedroom, large living room, equipped kitchen, balcony with barbecue and beautiful garden to enjoy with the family, two spacious bathrooms (one in the suite) and garage for two cars, in addition to having a great location.
Our house has a TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, stove and microwave, as well as 3 ceiling fans and one regular fan. In the suite we have a double bed and a single bed, while in the other bedroom we have a double bed and two single beds, as well as a sofa bed in the living room.
Around us we have several shops, 3 markets, 2 gas stations, pharmacy, wine cellars, pizzeria and some restaurants that can give you the support and comfort necessary to satisfy your needs. It is 14km from the center (30 minutes by car) where all the excitement and fun for the night is.
We have three main beaches: Sununga, Praia do Lázaro and Domingas Dias, all of which are easily accessible. Our house is 450 meters from the entrance to Praia do Lázaro. There are also other secret spots that require a trail to reach, such as Praia da Ribeira, Praia do Flamengo and Flamenguinho, and Praia da 7 Fontes, which are more secluded places, some of which have kiosks to serve the public.
We also have contact information for reliable, qualified and credible boat tour agencies that can take you to exciting destinations such as Anchieta Island and other fun itineraries that can provide you with an even more complete experience in our city and make the day even more special.
