House for vacation rental in Ubatuba
The House has 02 bedrooms at the top, one suite (with 01 double bed and 01 bunk bed = 04 people as per photos) and the other bedroom (with 02 bunk beds = 04 people, facing the balcony in front of the reservation, we have no neighbors from the front, as seen in photos)
In the lower part we have, living room (with 01 sofa bed = 01 person), American kitchen, bathroom, laundry area with barbecue, garage for 01 car, external shower in the garage,
The house is completely walled and with bars, we have security guards on hand 24 hours a day to assist us.
The house is clean and organized, with anti-mold paint.
I sign a seasonal rental contract and video call at the house.
Small pets accepted. (Notify in advance)
The daily rate varies according to the number of people, an average of 500.00 for up to 8 people and 50.00 more per person (value varies according to the dates)
Cleaning fee is 200.00 separately, as I pay the cleaning lady in cash.
