House for vacation rental in Ubatuba
It is on the top floor, so access is via stairs. The veranda has a wooden sofa and ornamental plants and a mobile barbecue with table, chairs and umbrella. It has a full kitchen for a snack or a more elaborate meal. The bedroom with a closet, double bed and bunk bed. The living room has a sofa bed for two more guests.
Access is via the covered garage. It is on the first floor, with two flights of stairs. The ground floor is under renovation, as well as the front, but it does not interfere in anything with the accommodation.

Simple and very quiet neighborhood. It is 1.4 km (4 minutes by car) from Praia Dura.
The house has a closed and covered parking.
Accepts pet, being: small, only one and be advised. We ask that you not leave him in pain. Many beaches accept that you take your pet, as long as it has a guide.
Quiet and familiar street, without noise.

I have lived in Ubatuba since 2008. A fascinating city, where I rediscovered the pleasure of riding a bike, walking along the beach on a late autumn afternoon. Or even go hiking with friends. Take a bath in a waterfall or sit at a kiosk, to eat snacks and drink something. Go out to photograph surf friends or take a speedboat ride to Anchieta Island. Ubatuba is that and much more.
