Furthermore, the property is just a 5-minute walk from the beach, offering a perfect combination of tranquility and proximity to the sea. - Maximum capacity 12 people. - 4 Bedrooms, 2 of which are Suites with Air-conditioning. - Living room and complete kitchen, American style. - Laundry room with washing machine. - Gourmet area with barbecue. - Open garage for 2 cars, allowed to park on the street if necessary. - Condominium offers an outdoor gym, square, ping pong table, playground and sand court. We provide: Beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and cart to take these items to the beach. We will leave toilet paper, paper towels and detergent available so that you can start your more peacefully. The guest is responsible for purchasing such products for their own consumption. We DO NOT offer: Bed and bath linen Duvets / Blankets Personal hygiene material (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.) AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED TO ENTER THE CONDOMINIUM - the renter must provide: - Full name (responsible tenant), copy of CPF and ID, as well as a copy of proof of address; - Exact number of people who will use the house (including names, CPF and ID of these people), in addition to the Make, Model, Color and License Plate of the vehicles. This information must be sent in advance so that entry authorization can be provided. CONDOMINIUM WILL NOT AUTHORIZE ENTRY without this information. The property is for the exclusive use of the guest. The house has an electronic key safe and a code will be sent the day before check in. For security reasons, this access will be automatically deactivated at the agreed departure time.
